Return Policy Refund & Replacement Policies

Return/Change of mind: All sales are final thus returning items due to a change of mind is not possible. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. Once the order has been processed, no cancellations, or changes are possible including shipping address or changes related to different variants. For issues related to changes and cancellations, please email support@dashdiamondx.com with in 24 hours of your order being placed for fastest changes/cancellations.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids.

Once these types of items leave our warehouse they are considered used and unsalable. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product. Please be sure to inspect your items upon receipt. If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving yours. Dashdiamondx do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. 

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: Dash Diamondx will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
 Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide. 
If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.Cancellation Policy Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. 
Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. 
Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
Delivered/Undeliverable/Incorrect Address Orders: It is solely the customers responsibility to provide us with 100% accurate delivery information when the order is placed. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received from the courier. Please take care in providing your shipping information, apartment number, whom the package is addressed to (Occupant of the address), and complete delivery address at the time your order is placed. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Packages delivered to the wrong address, marked as undeliverable/disposed, addressee unknown, incomplete address, or, returned to sender will not result in a replacement or a refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. 
Dashdiamondx reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund (if applicable) if it does not meet the above criteria. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
