SHIPPING POLICY
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1 - 2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
- Average transit times in the United States: 7 - 21 Days
- Average transit times to International: 14 - 30 Days
- Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days to arrive after pickup by courier.
- There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at dashdiamondx@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
In case, an order is returned by the courier due to non-payment of duty, delayed payment, or if you cancel an order after it has been shipped; the customer will have to bare charges of shipment back to our warehouse plus an additional $30 restocking fee.
Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received.
We currently ship from our Asia Pacific warehouse in order to meet the high demand and keep steady supply of our products.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
We do ship every order with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please email us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes
COVID-19 Prevention/Response: All deliveries are happening as usual. Our fulfillment partners and courier partners are taking extra precautions by maintaining a clean, healthy and safe environment. All packages are wiped with disinfectants and all handlers are equipped with masks and gloves.
At this time, we are accepting orders from the United States as well as international residents.
Under special circumstances such as holidays, weather, natural disasters, pandemics and strikes, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Be advised in case of shipping delays caused by viral prevention measures, such as countries closing their borders or not accepting international shipments, we will not issue refunds or are liable in such cases. Our sole priority is to get the package to you.
